Kids Heart-Full Yoga (Preschool Ages 3-5)

Description

Join us for a playful and loving kids yoga 2-class session where we’ll stretch, move, and breathe with heart-opening poses, fun partner activities, and a mindfulness moment to fill our hearts with kindness. Through movement, breath, and creative expression, children will explore self-love, gratitude, and connection. These special classes will leave little yogis feeling joyful, relaxed, and full of heart! ❤️

Classes will be held Tuesdays, February 11 & February 18, and will be offered for preschool and kindergarten-3rd grade both evenings.

4:30-5:00 PM Preschool (3-5 years), $20/child

5:00-5:45 PM Kindergarten - 3rd Grade (5-9 years), $30/child
