Join us for a hands-on, creative, free, and supportive workshop where we’ll build personalized Mental Health Toolkits designed to help manage stress, boost mood, and support emotional well-being. A mental health toolkit is a collection of activities, resources, and coping tools you can turn to when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of a pick-me-up. We’ll have toolkit materials available for kids, teens, and adults, so the whole family can participate and create something meaningful to take home.
